The Realme C25 smartphone was launched in India early last month.  Its initial price has been kept below 10 thousand rupees.  This phone has been launched with a large 6,000mAh battery and triple camera setup.  We have used it for some time and now we are going to tell you its review.  The price of 4GB + 64GB variants of this phone has been kept at Rs 9,999 and 4GB + 128GB variants have been priced at Rs 10,999.  Customers will have a chance to buy it in two color options with gray and blue.

 Design & Display:

The back panel of this phone is of plastic and has matte finishing here.  Triple camera setup and fingerprint sensor are also present in the back panel.  Due to the large battery, the weight of the phone is slightly more.  Along with this, the size of the phone is also slightly larger.  In such a situation, those with small hands may have difficulty in operating the phone with one hand.  However, there is no rough age here and the grip is also good.  The volume rockers and power button are on the right and the SIM tray is placed on the left.  At the same time, the speaker grill, 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port are present in the bottom.  Overall the build quality of the phone is good and the look is basic and decent.

Talking about the display, it has a 6.5-inch HD + (720x1,600 pixels) display.  Had 1080p been better than 720p, it would have been better.  At the same time, there is a very thick chin in the waterdrop notch and bottom in the front.  You will not have any complaints about colors and its brightness is up to 450nits.  In such a situation, you may have to face some difficulty in looking at the phone in the sun.

The good thing is that the 6.5-inch screen is very large and the colors are also good, so you can enjoy videos in it.  But, if you like watching OTT platforms like Netflix or Amazon, then let us know that it is Widevine L3 certified.  In this case, the content will only be able to stream in 480p.

 Performance:

In Realme C25, users will get 12nm process based octa-core MediaTek Helio G70 processor.  In this, day-to-day tasks such as messages, calls, watching videos and clicking photos are easily done.  Also, it does not hang in app switching or multi tasking.  Since it is a gaming processor.  So it is also good for playing games.  But, only if you are a casual gamer, then only you will like it.  If you are a pro gamer, then go to the other options present in the market.

At the same time, talking about the software, the latest RealmeUI 2.0 of Android 11 based company is present in it.  It is similar to OPPO's ColorOS 11.  In this, users will get a feel like Near Stock Android.  Along with this, you will also get many customization, privacy and security options.  However, it will also get some pre-loaded apps.  Which will give you unnecessary notifications.  The good thing is that many of these apps can be uninstalled.  Also some notifications can be freeze.

 Camera:

Talking about the camera, the 13MP primary camera, 2MP monochrome camera and 2MP macro camera have been given in the rear of this smartphone.  At the same time, for selfies, users will get an 8MP camera on its front.  The 13MP primary camera in its rear panel is of use.  The rest of the cameras are additional.  If you want to take a shot with a macro camera, you will need a lot of light.  Usually this camera is rarely used.  The rest here is missing ultra-wide angle camera.

Photos are good in daylight with the primary camera.  Autofocus also works fine.  However, the output of this camera at night is not so good.  The same situation is also for indoor lighting.  Here also the response is not good in low-light.  Also, in portraits, you will not get perfection in the edges.  In the selfie camera too, you will get good response only in the day or in good lighting.
Battery:

Realme C25 has a large 6,000mAh battery and 18W fast charging support is also available here. This is one such segment of this phone which will impress a lot. Even in very heavy use, this phone will support you almost all day. At the same time, in regular use, users will be able to run it for some time even the next day. At the same time, reverse charging along with fast charging has also been supported.

Bottom Line:

The software, battery and good processor make Realme C25 special.  However, the camera is not so impressive and the display should have been given 1080P instead of 720P.  Also, instead of Widevine L3, L1 and stereo speakers were also supported, this phone would have been better.  It is a balanced phone according to the overall price.  According to your needs, you can invest money in it.  Redmi 9 Power and Moto G10 Power can also be seen as an option.
